PENGGUNAAN SISTEM HELPDESK BAGI ADUAN ICT EmailConvert to pdf

Assalamu'alaikum dan Salam Sejahtera,

Yang dihormati semua Warga Universiti Malaya,

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa semenjak dari tahun 2010, PTM telah menyediakan Sistem Helpdesk bagi memudahkan  semua staf dan pelajar membuat aduan mengenai masalah ICT secara online. Sistem ini boleh dilayari di pautan https://helpdesk.um.edu.my menggunakan akaun emel UM.  Sistem ini juga boleh diakses melalui portal staf  dan portal pelajar.

Setiap staf dan pelajar yang memerlukan bantuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ICT dikehendaki menggunakan sistem ini. Penggunaan sistem ini akan memudahkan staf ICT dari PTM dan PTj untuk menyelesaikan aduan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan. Sistem ini juga membantu  PTM memantau tindakan penyelesaian serta membolehkan PTM menganalisa masalah ICT yang dihadapi oleh warga UM.

Melalui sistem ini juga, pengadu boleh membuat penilaian terhadap tindakan penyelesaian yang telah diambil oleh staf ICT dari PTM dan PTj.

Bagi staf atau pelajar yang menghadapi masalah untuk menggunakan sistem ini atas sebab-sebab tertentu seperti ketiadaan akses rangkaian, bolehlah menelefon HELPDESK PTM di talian 03-79674001

Dear UM Community,

Please be informed that since the year 2010, PTM had provided the Helpdesk System to facilitate staff and student to make online complaints on ICT problems. The system can be accessed via the link https://helpdesk.um.edu.my using UM email account. The system can also be accessed through the Staff Portal and Student Portal.

Every staff and student who need assistance to resolve the ICT problems, is required to use Helpdesk system. This system will facilitate the ICT staff from PTM and PTj to resolve complaints within a specific period of time. It also helps PTM to monitor the actions taken and enables PTM to analyze the ICT problems faced by the UM community.

Through this system, complainants could evaluate the actions taken by the ICT staff of PTM and PTj to resolve the complaints.

For staff or student who have difficulty in using the system for reasons such as lack of network access, please call PTM HELPDESK at 03-79674001
